I was the design lead on the full brand identity for Consulting for Real People (CFRP)—a company that delivers transformative training courses for large organisations, helping managers strengthen team dynamics and significantly improve the relational DNA within their businesses.
Working as part of the team at Definition Consulting, I developed a bold, distinctive brand that stands out in a typically bland and corporate industry. I created the full visual identity, including logo design, colour palette, imagery style, typography, and brand guidelines. The aim was to craft a brand that felt fresh, human, and impactful—reflecting CFRP’s practical, people-first approach.
Beyond the brand identity, I also designed the website, email marketing templates, social campaigns, and a wide range of marketing collateral. Every touchpoint was carefully considered to maintain consistency while engaging a professional audience with clarity and warmth.
The result is a strong, well-loved brand that cuts through the noise and speaks directly to real people—just as the name promises.
